Since childhood I have been curious about life and what is beyond life. It brought me to early experiences of meditation, travels and studies. One of my passions was writing and after a long career as a journalist and an editor, I immersed myself in my interest for human consciousness and became a psychotherapist. I joined the Ridhwan school, home of the psycho-spiritual teaching of the Diamond Approach in 2005. In 2023 I was ordained as a Ridhwan teacher. My passion is now for sharing the insights gained through years of experience on the journey towards becoming a mature human being. My life is still unfolding, keeping me curious about what is next.
